随着社会的发展,企业安全文化逐渐成为安全科学领域的热点研究方向。目前,各个企业就安全文化的研究与应用已较为广泛而深入,同时也获得了较多的成果。对属于高危行业的煤炭企业,企业安全文化的建设尤为重要。以神东煤炭集团公司安全文化建设成果为例,深入解析企业安全文化因素、分析安全文化的特点、剖析企业安全文化与企业安全管理的关系、阐述了建设企业安全文化的作用,实现了对安全文化建设工作的理解和定位。

With the development of society,the enterprise safety culture has become a hot research direction in the field of safety science. At present,the research and application of safety culture has been more extensive,and more results have also been obtained. For high-risk coal enterprises,the construction of enterprise safety culture is particularly important. Taking safety culture construction achievements in Shendong Coal Group as an example,this paper analyzed the characteristics of enterprise safety culture, discussed the relationship between enterprise safety culture and enterprise safety management,expounded the role of building enterprise safety culture,and realized the understanding and positioning of safety culture construction.
