摘要
在竞争激烈的21世纪,企业的成功越来越依靠核心竞争力,而企业核心竞争力无论如何也不能被忽略的就是人力资源,对企业人员的准确分类是充分开发利用好人力资源的前提。文中旨在从管理者的角度重点对企业人员从动态层级进行分类,以明确各类人员的特征,并根据企业人员的动态分类探讨不同类别人员的管理策略,以期为企业领导者提供一种新的人力资源管理思路。
In the 21st century of fierce competition,the success of enterprises depends more and more on their core competitiveness. The core competitiveness of enterprises is essentially human resources,and the accurate classification of enterprise personnel is the premise of fully utilizing human resources. From the perspective of managers,this paper focuses on the classification of enterprise personnel from the dynamic level,in order to clarify the characteristics of various types of personnel,and explore different management strategies according to the dynamic classification of enterprise personnel,in order to provide a new idea of human resources management for enterprise leaders.
