丹参川穹嗪治疗ACI疗效及对患者纤溶系统的影响

Therapeutic effect of Danshen Chuanqiongqin on ACI and its effect on fibrinolytic system of patients

目的探究丹参川穹嗪治疗脑梗死(ACI)的疗效及对患者纤溶系统的影响。方法回顾性分析113例ACI患者治疗资料,依据治疗方法差异将接受常规西医治疗和在常规西医基础上静滴丹参川穹嗪注射液治疗的患者分别作为对照组(n=54)与观察组(n=59),比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血流动力学、纤溶系统指标、NIHSS评分和Barthel指数的变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率(94.92%)显著高于对照组(70.37%)(P <0.05);治疗后,两组血流动力学指标、纤溶系统指标、NIHSS评分和Barthel指数均较治疗前显著改善(P <0.05),且观察组上述指标改善显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论丹参川穹嗪治疗ACI疗效突出,可以显著改善患者纤溶系统状态以及血液动力学。

Objective To explore the effect of Danshen Chuanqiongqin on acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and the impact on the fibrinolytic system of patients. Methods A total of 113 patients with ACI were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, the patients receiving routine western medicine treatment and those receiving intravenous drip of Danshen Chuanqiongqin injection on the basis of routine western medicine were divided into a control group(n=54) and an observation group(n=59). The clinical effects, changes of hemodynamics, fibrinolytic system index, NIHSS score and Barthel index before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.92%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.37%)(P < 0.05);after the treatment, the hemodynamic indexes, fibrinolytic system indexes,NIHSS score and Barthel index of the two groups were significantly improved in comparison with those before the treatment(P <0.05), and the above indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Danshen Chuanqiongqin is effective in the treatment of ACI, and can significantly improve the state of fibrinolytic system and hemodynamics.
