武警某部士兵762例肛肠疾病病谱分析与防治建议 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨武警驻川部队士兵肛肠疾病发病规律,提出针对性的防治措施建议。方法收集医院收治的武警某部士兵肛肠疾病患者临床资料,回顾分析其疾病谱和年龄分布等临床流行病学特点。结果共检出常见肛肠疾病22种,痔、肛裂、肛瘘占发病前3位,这3种疾病均以28~32岁和33~37岁两个年龄组的构成比最高;训练强度、职业紧张度、饮食习惯、吸烟、用力解便、肛门卫生差等因素与肛肠疾病患病率密切相关。结论训练强度大、职业紧张度高、吸烟、不良饮食习惯和不良解便习惯等因素是造成士兵肛肠疾病好发的重要原因,应加强针对性防治工作,切实增强士兵防病治病意识,保障士兵身心健康。
