摘要 以"一带一路"沿线SATER GDEM)在国外项目中的可行性进行分析。介绍全球数字高程模型的数据来源、特点、精度,阐述全球数字高程模型数据在国外铁路项目前期勘察设计中的应用范围及主要工作方法。同时,采用数据对比与误差分析的方法,对铁路项目前期设计(基于数模)和施工图设计(基于实测)阶段的数据进行对比分析,结果表明,在缺乏地形图的情况下,全球数字高程模型数据在国外铁路前期设计阶段实用性很强,利用其快速制作的1∶50 000或其他比例的地形图,可以将工程量误差控制在20%以内,数据精度满足项目前期的设计要求。 It is based on the practice of demonstration railway project in countries along the “Belt and Road”, to analyze the availability of global digital elevation model data (SRTM, SATER GDEM) in foreign projects. This paper introduces the data source, characteristics, and accuracy of the global digital elevation model, and explains the application scope and main working methods of global digital elevation model data in the preliminary survey and design of foreign railway projects. Meanwhile, we use the data comparison and error analysis methods, to compare and analyze the pre-design date (based on digital model) and the construction drawing design date (based on actual measurement) of the railway project. The results show that in the absence of topographic maps, the global digital elevation model data is very practical in the foreign railway early design stage, and when using it to fast create 1 :50 000 or other scale topographic map, the engineering error can be controlled within twenty percent, so as to the data accuracy meets the design requirements of the pre-project.
