摘要
培养应用型法律人才需要在法学教学中引入"双师同堂"教学模式。双师同堂是分享型教学模式,它有整合教师资源,提升教学效果等多方面优势。双师同堂包括协助式、同堂式、访谈式三种教学路径,实施"双师同堂"法学教学模式,应抓好合理化课时安排、具体化课程过程安排、完善评价与激励机制几个关键环节。
In order to cultivate practical legal talents,two-professional teachers teaching mode should be introduced in law class. It is a sharing teaching mode including three teaching paths of assistant-type teaching,one-class teaching,and interview-type teaching,which has many advantages such as integrating teacher resources,improving teaching effect and so on. To carry out two-professional teachers teaching mode of law class,it is necessary to pay attention to several key aspects,such as rationalization of class hour arrangement,concreteness of class process arrangement,and perfection of evaluation and incentive mechanism.
