摘要 提升应用型本科高校思政课的实效性,首先是提升思政课教师的教学能力。提升思政课教师教学能力是加强我国意识形态建设的需要,又是教师自身发展与课程本身发展的需要。面对提升思政课教师教学能力的现实困境,须强化思政课教师的政治意识,树立立德树人的教育理念,提升思政课教师的业务水平。 To promote the effectiveness of ideological and political course in applied university,the first is to improve ideological and political teachers teaching ability. To promote their teaching ability is the requirements of strengthening ideological establishment,as well as the requirements of teachers self-development and course development. With the practical plight of promoting teachers teaching ability,we should strengthen their political awareness,foster educational concept of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,and promote their professional skills.
