江苏域内传统意义上的苏南、苏中和苏北界域,可谓泾渭分明。学界最新研究成果昭示,这种空间生产的权利粘性是导致“三苏壁垒”最主要和最根本的原因。现代空间批判理论,尤其是空间权利理论,为江苏实现空间权利的合理化提供了理论依据。我们必须以辨证施治、综合调适的高标准要求,致力于空间生产制度、空间生产文明和空间生产心理等方面的弹性建设,以强力破除“三苏壁垒”和“国情面相”,进而使江苏省“1+3”重点功能区、民生共享战略和“强富美高”新江苏美好愿景,倚仗高铁驱动的“三苏同城”空间生产形式而得以真正实现。

Traditionally,there is a clear line between the southern,central and northern areas of Jiangsu province,which is difficult to break through.The latest research findings in the academic circles show that the main and fundamental reason for“the barriers between the northern,central and southern areas of Jiangsu province”should be the sticky rights of the space production.The modern critical theory of space,especially the theory of space rights,has provided a theoretical foundation for Jiangsu to make the space rights rational.Based on the high standard of dialectical management and comprehensive adjustment,we must focus on the flexible construction of the space production of the system,civilization,psychology,etc.to strongly break down“the barriers between the northern,central and southern areas of Jiangsu province”and“the obvious differences of development in Jiangsu province similar to the national conditions”.Hence,with the help of the space production forms of“the community of the northern,central and southern areas of Jiangsu province”driven by the high-speed rail,the strategies of“1+3”functional areas and“emphasis on people’s livelihoods and bringing the benefits of development to all”proposed by the provincial committee and government can be carried out and the general secretary’s wish for Jiangsu to be a new strong,prosperous,beautiful and civilized province can be truly realized.
