缬沙坦辅助治疗高血压的效果及对患者尿蛋白、血液流变学指标及肾功能的影响

Effect of Valsartan in the Adjuvant Treatment of Hypertension and Its Effects on Urinary Protein,Hemorheological Indexes and Renal Function

目的:探究缬沙坦辅助治疗高血压的临床疗效及对患者尿蛋白、血液流变学及肾功能的影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2018年3月本院收治的高血压病患者78例。按照入院时间顺序将其分为对照组(n=38)与观察组(n=40)。对照组接受高血压常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予缬沙坦辅助治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血压、心率、肱动脉内径、FMD值、尿蛋白指标、血液流变学指标、肾功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的76.32%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组收缩压、心率均低于对照组,肱动脉内径、FMD值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组尿蛋白指标、血液流变学指标、肾功能指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缬沙坦辅助治疗高血压有较好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者血压、心率水平,改善内皮功能,提高患者肾功能,安全可靠,值得临床推广运用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Valsartan in the adjuvant treatment of hypertension and its effects on urine protein and hemorheological indexes and renal function.Method:A total of 78 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected.According to the time sequence of admission,they were divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=40). The control group received routine treatment of hypertension,while observation group received Valsartan as an adjuvant treatment on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure,heart rate,brachial artery diameter,FMD value,urinary protein index,hemorheological indexes,renal function and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate was 92.50% in observation group,which was significantly higher than 76.32% in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and heart rate of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the brachial artery diameter and FMD values were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the indexes of urinary protein index,hemorheological and renal function in observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan has a good clinical effect in the adjuvant treatment of hypertension,it can effectively improve the blood pressure and heart rate levels, improve endothelial function,improve renal function of patients,it is safe and reliable,it is worthy of clinical application.
