Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic TESSYS Technique for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:研究经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床价值。方法:选取2016年7月-2018年11月本院收治的60例符合单节段腰椎间盘髓核摘除手术指征的腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。治疗组采用经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗,对照组采用传统椎板开窗髓核摘除术治疗。对比两组治疗后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍评定指数(ODI)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分析(JOA)、MacNab疗效、治疗满意度和并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组的VAS评分、ODI指数和并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,而治疗组的JOA评分、MacNab优良率、治疗满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出患者实施手术治疗时,采取经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗能够显著提升治疗效果,促进患者腰椎功能的恢复,治疗的安全性也有较高的保障,适宜广泛应用于临床治疗中。

Objective:To study the clinical value of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic TESSYS technique in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to November 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with TESSYS technique,and the control group was treated with traditional laminectomy fenestration nucleus pulposus enucleation.The visual analogue scale(VAS),oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),JOA score of lumbar spine function,MacNab efficacy,treatment satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the VAS score,ODI index and the incidence of complications in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the JOA score,MacNab excellence rate and treatment satisfaction in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy TESSYS technique can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,promote the recovery of lumbar vertebral function,and ensure the safety of treatment.It is suitable for clinical treatment.
