摘要 目的:探讨分子病理学诊断技术在食管癌患者中的诊断效果及与预后的相关性研究。方法:选取2016年5月-2017年5月本院食道癌患者64例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各32例。对照组采用常规传统的病理学诊断,研究组采用FISH检测法。对两组患者活检组织中病理结果、病例等级、检测的准确度、FISH的检测结果进行分析检测。结果:研究组患者病情程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),检测结果表明食道癌与3号、17号染色体着丝粒异常拷贝有关(P<0.05)。结论:对于食管癌患者进行诊断时,采取更为敏感的FISH检测,显著提高检测的准确度,3号与17号染色体着丝点可以作为诊断食道癌的探针,分子病理学诊断技术可以进一步推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of molecular pathology in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer and its correlation with prognosis.Method:Sixty-four patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,32 cases in each group.Conventional pathological diagnosis was used in the control group and FISH was used in the study group.The pathological results,case grade,accuracy of detection and FISH detection results in biopsy tissues of the two groups were analyzed and detected.Result:The degree of illness in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).FISH results showed that esophageal cancer could be associated with abnormal centromere copies of chromosomes 3 and 17(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the diagnosis of esophageal cancer patients,more sensitive FISH detection can significantly improve the accuracy of detection.Chromosome 3 and 17 centromeres can be used as probes for the diagnosis of esophageal cancer.Molecular pathological diagnosis technology can be further promoted and applied.
