活血化瘀法治疗胃癌前病变临床研究进展

Progress in the Study of the Treatment of Precancerous Lesions by Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis

本文就近10年来活血化瘀法对胃癌前病变(PLGC)的临床治疗现状,从活血化瘀法治则的建立及立法的基础、活血化瘀法对胃黏膜萎缩的疗效作用、对肠上皮化生及不典型增生的抑制作用甚或阻断和逆转作用等四个方面进行了综述。研究现状表明,活血化瘀法治疗PLGC具有理论基础和实践依据,其治法的确立符合PLGC瘀血阻滞的主要病机,活血化瘀法为治疗PLGC之常法,能显著改善PLGC临床症状,并能有效抑制PLGC进程和发展,具有临床推广应用价值。但尚需进一步凝练方药,进行规范的疗效评价研究。

This article is about the clinical treatment of gastric precancerous lesions(PLGC)in the past 10 years,from the establishment of the rule of law for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,the basis of legislation,the effect of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis on gastric mucosal atrophy, and the intestinal epithelium.The inhibition of metaplasia and dysplasia or even the blocking and reversal effects are reviewed.The research status shows that the method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis has a theoretical basis and practical basis.The establishment of its treatment is in line with the main pathogenesis of PLGC blood stasis.The method of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis is a common method for treating PLGC,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of PLGC.And can effectively inhibit the process and development of PLGC,with clinical application value.However,it is necessary to further consolidate the prescription and conduct a standardized evaluation of the efficacy.
