玉屏风散合香砂六君子汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Revised Yupingfeng San and Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in Treatment of Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach Type of Diarrhea

目的:评价对脾胃虚弱型泄泻患者应用玉屏风散合香砂六君子汤加减治疗的临床现实意义。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年10月本院收治的102例脾胃虚弱型泄泻患者。按照门诊登记顺序分为研究组和对照组,各51例。对照组应用蒙脱石散+马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,研究组应用玉屏风散合香砂六君子汤加减治疗。比较两组用药有效性、大便恢复状况、炎症因子指标水平、生活质量。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组大便次数复常时间、大便性状复常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组炎症因子指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风散合香砂六君子汤加减治疗脾胃虚弱型泄泻的优势更为明显,可缩短大便恢复时长,减少炎症严重程度,从而进一步改善生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of Revised Yupingfeng San and Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in treatment of deficiency of spleen and stomach type of diarrhea.Method:A total of 102 patients with deficiency of spleen and stomach type of diarrhea who treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected.According to the order of outpatient registration,they were divided into study group and control group,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder+Trimebutine Maleate Tablets,while study group was treated with Revised Yupingfeng San and Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction.The efficacy of medication,stool recovery,inflammatory factors and quality of life between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The restoring time of stool frequency and stool character in study group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Revised Yupingfeng San and Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in treatment of deficiency of spleen and stomach type of diarrhea has more obvious advantages,which can shorten the recovery time of stool,reduce the severity of inflammation,and further improve the quality of life.
