益肾活血中药对单侧卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿腹腔镜术后卵巢功能的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Benefiting Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation on Ovarian Function after Laparoscopic Surgery for Patients with Unilateral Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst

目的:探讨益肾活血中药对单侧卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿腹腔镜术后卵巢功能的影响。方法:选取2014年10月-2017年12月本院收治的单侧卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者80例。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(腹腔镜手术+益肾活血中药术后调理)与对照组(行腹腔镜手术治疗),各40例。比较两组手术前后的抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)、性激素(FSH、LH、E_2)、窦卵泡数(AFC)。结果:术后第1个月,两组AFC、AMH、E_2水平均低于术前,FSH水平均高于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第3个月,研究组的AMH、AFC、FSH、E_2与术前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组AFC、AMH均低于术前(P<0.05);术后第6个月,研究组AFC、AMH、E_2水平均高于术前及对照组,FSH水平均低于术前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对照组AMH、AFC、FSH、E_2与术前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术前后,两组LH水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下单侧卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剔除术后予以益肾活血中药进行治疗,可显著改善术后的卵巢功能。

Objective:To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine of benefiting kidney and promoting blood circulation on ovarian function after laparoscopic surgery for patients with unilateral ovarian endometriosis cyst.Method:A total of 80 patients with unilateral ovarian endometriosis cyst admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to December 2017 were selected.According to the method of random number table, they were divided into study group(laparoscopic surgery + traditional Chinese medicine of benefiting kidney and promoting blood circulation)and control group(laparoscopic surgery),40 cases in each group.The antimullerian hormone(AMH),sex hormone(FSH,LH,E2)and antral follicle counting(AFC)before and after operation between two groups were compared.Result:At the first month after operation,the levels of AFC,AMH and E2 in two groups were lower than those of before operation,and the levels of FSH were higher than those of before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the third month after operation,AMH,AFC,FSH and E2 in study group were compared with before operation,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),but AFC and AMH in control group were lower than those of before operation(P<0.05).In the sixth month after operation,the levels of AFC,AMH and E2 in study group were higher than those of before operation and the control group,the levels of FSH were lower than those of before operation and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but AMH,AFC,FSH and E2 in control group were compared with before operation,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Before and after operation,the levels of LH in two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine of benefiting kidney and promoting blood circulation is helpful to improve ovarian function after surgery for patients with unilateral ovarian endometriosis cyst.
