稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Wenxin Granule Combined with Metoprolol in Treatment of Arrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察稳心颗粒和美托洛尔联合应用于冠心病心律失常患者临床治疗中的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年12月本院收治的冠心病心律失常患者78例。按照随机抽签的方式将其分为参照组和研究组,各39例。参照组给予美托洛尔治疗,研究组在参照组基础上加用稳心颗粒,均持续治疗4周。对比两组临床治疗总有效率、药物不良反应发生率、治疗前后24 h动态心电图监测结果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于参照组的79.49%(P<0.05);研究组、参照组用药期间不良反应发生率分别为7.69%、10.26%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组24 h动态心电图监测结果均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联用稳心颗粒和美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常,提升治疗效果的同时,不会造成更多的不良反应,是高效安全的治疗方案,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule and Metoprolol in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.Method:A total of 78 patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.According to the random lottery,they were divided into reference group and study group,39 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Metoprolol,and study group was treated with Wenxin Granule on the basis of control group,the treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The total effective rate of clinical treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions and the 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring results before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate was 94.87% in study group,which was higher than 79.49% in reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group and reference group were 7.69% and 10.26% respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring results of two groups were better than those of before treatment,and study group was better than that of reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Wenxin Granule and Metoprolol in treatment of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease can improve the therapeutic effect without causing more adverse reactions,it is an effective and safe treatment scheme and worth promoting.
