基于聚焦解决模式护理方式用于孕妇防控妊娠期高血压及依从性和生活质量观察

Effect of Focused Solution Mode on Prevention and Control of Pregnancy-induced Hypertension,Compliance and Quality of Life in Pregnant Women

目的:探讨孕妇防控妊娠期高血压采用基于聚焦解决模式护理加以护理,及对患者的治疗依从性及生活质量的改善作用。方法:选取2015年3月-2016年2月就诊本院的508例孕妇作为主要研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为护理组和对照组,各254例。护理组采用基于聚焦解决模式的护理方式,对照组采用常规护理。对比两组孕妇产后确诊妊娠期高血压发病率、治疗的依从性及生活质量改善情况。结果:护理组产后共确诊妊娠期高血压14例,对照组30例,护理组孕妇产后确诊妊娠期高血压发病率为5.51%,明显低于对照组的11.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及总评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理组妇女躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及总评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于聚焦解决模式护理方式能够降低孕妇妊娠期高血压的发病率,并提高其对治疗的依从性及生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of prevention and control of pregnancy-induced hypertension in pregnant women by nursing care based on focused solution mode,which can improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of the patients.Method:508 pregnant women from March 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the main subjects and divided into the nursing group(254 cases)and the control group(254 cases).The nursing group adopted the nursing mode based on focused solution and the control group adopted the routine nursing. The incidence,compliance of treatment and improvement of quality of life of two groups of pregnant women with postpartum diagnosed pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH)were compared.Result:There were 14 cases of pregnancy hypertension in nursing group and 30 cases in control group,the incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension in nursing group was 5.51%,it was lower than that of the control group(11.81%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical function,psychological function,social function and total score of the nursing group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The physical function,psychological function,social function and total score of the nursing group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing mode of focused solution can reduce the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension and improve the compliance and quality of life of pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension.
