动机性访谈在先兆流产患者护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Motivational Interview in Nursing of Threatened Abortion Patients

目的:探究动机性访谈在先兆流产患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年3月本院收治的90例先兆流产患者,依据随机分组方式将患者分为两组,对照组予以常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上予以动机性访谈,观察两组患者心理状态、护理满意度等指标变化。结果:干预前两组SDS与SAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为97.78%,显著优于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:先兆流产患者予以动机性访谈干预,能够有效改善患者心理状态,提升护理满意度,故可在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of motivational interview in nursing of threatened abortion patients.Method:Ninety threatened abortion patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the research group was given motivational interviews on the basis of the control group.The changes of psychological improvement and nursing satisfaction of two groups were observed.Result:There were no significant differences in the scores of SDS and SAS between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS after intervention in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was 97.78%,it was significantly better than 90.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Motivational interview intervention for threatened abortion patients can effectively improve patients’ mentality and nursing satisfaction,so it should be popularized and applied in clinic.
