微信平台健康教育对口服阿片类镇痛药物中晚期癌痛患者自我效能感和治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Wechat Platform Health Education on Self-efficacy and Treatment Compliance of Patients with Moderate and Advanced Cancer Pain Treated by Oral Opioid Analgesics

目的:探讨微信平台健康教育对口服阿片类镇痛药物中晚期癌痛患者自我效能感和治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年10月本院收治的84例口服阿片类镇痛药物中晚期癌痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规癌痛健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实行基于微信平台的专栏健康教育模式。实施1个月后,比较两组自我效能感评分、疼痛缓解程度及服用镇痛药物治疗的依从性。结果:干预前,两组自我效能感评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组自我效能感评分与无明显疼痛率均明显高于对照组,且依从性优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将基于微信平台的专栏健康教育模式应用于口服阿片类镇痛药物中晚期癌痛患者,有利于自我效能感的提升,改善疼痛程度,提高患者对口服阿片类镇痛药物的依从性,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of Wechat platform health education on self-efficacy and treatment compliance of patients with moderate and advanced cancer pain treated by oral Opioid Analgesics. Method:84 patients with moderate and advanced cancer pain treated by oral Opioid Analgesics in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine cancer pain health education,while the observation group was given special column health education mode based on Wechat platform on the basis of the control group.After one month,the self-efficacy score,pain relief and compliance with analgesic drugs were compared between two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in self-efficacy score between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the selfefficacy score and no significant pain rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the column health education model based on Wechat platform to the patients with advanced cancer pain caused by oral opioid analgesics is beneficial to the improvement of the self-efficacy,the improvement of the pain degree,and the improvement of the compliance with oral opioid analgesics,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
