摘要
校企融合是校企合作的深度阶段。基于校企融合背景,本研究以重庆机电职业技术学院汽车检测与维修技术专业建设方面的实践为研究蓝本,阐述高职院校校企融合的涵义与发展现状,分析校企融合平台在专业理论和实训教学模式、课程体系构建、“双师型”教师队伍打造、校企共建“校中厂”的新实训模式和学生实习就业质量等几个方面的搭建点融入途径。
School-enterprise integration is the deep stage of school-enterprise cooperation. Based on the background of school -enterprise integration, this paper takes the practice of automobile inspection and maintenance technology specialty construction in Chongqing Vocational College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as the research blueprint, expounds the meaning and development status of school-enterprise integration in Higher Vocational colleges, and analyses the construction of school -enterprise integration platform in professional theory and training mode, curriculum system construction and "double teachers" The construction of "type" teachers, the new training mode of "school factory" co-constructed by schools and enterprises, and the quality of students'internship and employment play an active role in promoting the application.
