试论高校人事档案管理工作改进路径

On the Improvement Path of Personnel File Management in Colleges and Universities

高校人事档案是高校人事服务与管理的核心内容,也是高校人事工作的基础工程。高校要适应飞速发展的社会潮流,需要以新的人事人才管理理念,加强高校人事档案管理创新。本文提出随着国家人事制度改革的不断深化与信息技术的飞速发展,高校人事档案的管理与服务方式也将随之发生改变,通过对人事档案管理面临的许多新情况深入探究,提出构建高校人事档案管理新的改进路径。

Personnel files in Colleges and universities are not only the core content of personnel service and management in Colleges and universities, but also the basic project of personnel work in Colleges and universities. In order to adapt to the rapid development of society, colleges and universities need to strengthen the innovation of personnel archives management with the new concept of personnel management. This paper points out that with the deepening of the reform of the national personnel system and the rapid development of information technology, the management and service mode of personnel archives in Colleges and universities will change accordingly. Through in-depth exploration of many new situations facing the management of personnel archives, this paper puts forward new ways to improve the management of personnel files in colleges and universities.
