重载单节八轴内燃机车结构型式的方案研究

Scheme Research on Structural Type of Heavy-load Single-section Eight-axle Diesel Locomotive

阐述了研发重载单节八轴内燃机车的迫切性,并对设计适合国内限界条件的八轴内燃机车可行性进行了探讨。在方案研究过程中有三个关键问题需要解决:一是机车的轴列式;二是机车本身的限界问题;三是牵引装置的结构形式受到极大约束,很难充分利用机车粘着重量。本文重点介绍这三个方面的解决情况。

The urgency of developing heavy -duty single -section eight -axle diesel locomotives is expounded, and the feasibility of designing eight -axle diesel locomotives suitable for domestic boundary conditions is discussed. There are three key problems to be solved in the process of scheme research: first, the axle train of locomotive;second, the limitation of locomotive itself;third, the structural form of traction device is greatly constrained and it is difficult to make full use of locomotive sticking weight. This paper focuses on the solution of these three aspects.
