Business Incubator Network Relational Embeddedness,Knowledge Ability and Incubation Performance

创业企业、科技企业孵化器与外部机构的知识流动是影响创业企业成功的重要因素,孵化器为在孵企业提供的知识服务直接影响着孵化绩效,而知识的获得取决于孵化器在网络中的关系嵌入,但少有文献从孵化器的角度,对孵化器关系嵌入、知识能力与孵化器绩效的深层次关系进行探索。首先构建了孵化器关系嵌入、知识能力与孵化绩效的理论模型,提出了相关假设,并通过设计问卷搜集数据进行了实证研究。研究表明:孵化器关系嵌入的三个维度即信任、信息共享和共同解决问题分别对孵化绩效有显著影响;孵化器知识能力对孵化绩效有显著正向影响;孵化器关系嵌入对孵化器知识能力有显著正向影响;孵化器知识能力在孵化器关系嵌入和孵化绩效之间存在中介效应;信任和信息共享的交互作用对孵化器知识结网能力、知识运作能力和孵化绩效有正向影响。

The knowledge flows among star-ups,incubator and external organization is an important factor influencing the success of start-ups. Knowledge service for incubated enterprises can directly affect the incubation performance and the knowledge acquisition depends on the incubator relational embeddedness in the network. However,there is little literature exploring the relationship between relational embeddedness,knowledge ability and incubation performance from the perspective of incubator. This paper constructs the theoretical model of incubator relational embeddedness,knowledge ability and incubation performance and designs the questionnaire to collect data for empirical research. The results show that the three dimensions of incubator relational embeddedness,namely trust,information sharing and joint problem solving,have significant effects on incubation performance;incubator knowledge ability has a significant positive impact on incubation performance;incubator relational embeddedness has a significant positive effect on incubator knowledge ability;incubator knowledge ability partially mediates the relationship between incubator relational embeddedness and incubation performance. The trust and information sharing have an interactive effect on incubator’s knowledge ability and performance.
