太阳能热泵联合干燥系统研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 首先以太阳能利用系统与热泵干燥系统不同的耦合方式对太阳能热泵联合干燥系统进行分类,归纳整理了联合干燥系统的性能分析指标,如热泵性能系数、除湿能耗比、空气集热器热效率、PV/T集热器发电效率等,之后总结了太阳能热泵联合干燥系统在国内外的应用及研究现状,从系统性能、耦合自动控制系统、CFD模拟等方面总结了不同研究方法对于联合干燥系统研究的影响。最后以此为基础,对太阳能热泵联合干燥系统所面临的问题进行了分析和探讨,提出了从扩展应用范围、降低能耗、提高干燥效率几个方面来研究太阳能热泵联合干燥系统未来的发展方向。 The combined solar and heat pump drying system use the technology of solar heat and heat pump to achieve the efficient use of solar and air heat. This paper classifies the combined solar and heat pump drying systems based on different coupled mode, summaries the analysis indicators of combined drying systems′ performance, such as COP, SMER, thermal efficiency and electrical efficiency. It introduces the application and research status of the combined drying system at home and abroad, presents different research methods on the study of combined drying systems from the aspects of system performance, coupling automatic control system and CFD simulation. Based on this, it analyzes and discusses the problems of combined solar and heat pump drying systems, puts forward to studying the future development direction of combined solar and heat pump drying system from expanding the application range, reducing energy consumption, improving the drying efficiency, and illustrates some positive significance to the research work.
