330MW机组深度调峰时空冷岛背压优化运行及防冻浅析

摘要 当前电力市场负荷低迷,装机容量严重供大于求,于是产生了深度调峰这一低于机组50%负荷的新常态化的运行方式。准能集团矸石发电公司二期2台330MW机组深度调峰负荷为2×132MW,在此负荷下机组经济性较低,于是深挖节能降耗潜力的需求凸显出来。通过机组在132MW负荷下空冷变频手动介入方式,在保证额定背压在14.5kPa以下的前提下,综合对比了空冷岛风机频率最低可降率,以使空冷岛能耗降到最低。同时,本厂地处的准格尔旗远离海洋,温带大陆性气候突出,受冬季季风影响,冬季多西北风,漫长而寒冷,极端寒冷天数长,冬季防冻任务艰巨,这就需要采取多种措施防止空冷岛冻结。 At present,the load of electricity market is low,the installed capacity exceeds demand serious. ly,so the new normal operation mode of deep peak shaving,which is less than 50% of the unit load,has been produced. The deep peak shaving load of 2 sets 330MW units in the second phase of the gangue pow. er generation company of Zhunneng Group is 2×132MW. Under this load,the unit's economic efficiency is at low level,so the demand of deep digging energy-saving and consumption-reducing potential is highlight. ed. In order to minimize the energy consumption of the air-cooled island,the air-cooling frequency reduc. tion rate of the air-cooled island fan is comprehensively compared through the air-cooling frequency conver. sion manual intervention mode under the 132MW load,under the premise that the rated back pressure is be. low 14.5kPa. At the same time,our factory is located in the Junggar Banner,far from the sea,temperate continental climate is prominent,affected by the winter monsoon,winter is much northwest wind,long and cold,extreme cold days are long,winter anti-freezing task is arduous. This requires a variety of measures to prevent the freezing of air-cooled islands.
