摘要
山东某电厂~#2机组是由北京北重汽轮发电机有限责任公司制造的N220-12.75/535/535型超高压机组,在目前国内运行的平均单机装机容量中,处于较小的水平。为了进一步节能降耗,降低发电成本,挖掘设备和热力系统的节能潜力,该电厂将~#2机组电动给水泵改为汽动给水泵。经试验研究,在热力系统维持不变的情况下,电动给水泵改为汽动给水泵后,机组热耗率升高116.16kJ/kWh,机组的供电煤耗下降4.21g/kWh,机组的厂用电下降2.44%。
The #2 unit of a power plant in Shandong Province is an N220-12.75/535/535 type ultra-high pressure unit that made by Beijing Beizhong Turbo Generator Co.,Ltd. It is at a relatively small level in the average installed capacity of a single unit currently in operation in China. In order to further save ener? gy and reduce consumption, reduce the cost of power generation, and tap the energy-saving potential of equipment and thermal system,the power plant changed the electrically driven feed pump of unit #2 into a steam feed pump. Through the experimental study,under the condition that the thermal system remains un? changed,after the electrically driven feed pump is changed into a steam feed pump,the heat-consumption rate of the units increases by 116.16kJ/kWh,and the coal-consumption of the power supply of the units de? creases by 4.21g/kWh,the units power supply dropped 2.44%.
