摘要 为降低LNG接收站卸船工艺产生的功耗,分析了接收站的功耗来源,归纳出影响接收站功耗的五个主要因素:保冷循环流量、支路流量、环境温度、卸船周期、卸船温度。使用HYSYS软件建立卸料工艺系统动态仿真模型,在给定工况下对LNG接收站卸船过程进行模拟,计算接收站总功耗,得出各工况下的最优操作变量,最后以接收站实际生产工况为例,验证模拟研究方法的可行性。 In order to reduce the energy consumption in LNG terminal, the sources of energy consumption during unloading were analyzed, and the five main factors influencing the BOG production were studied, which were recirculation flow rate, bypass flow rate, ambient temperature, unloading cycleand unloading temperature. The HYSYS software was used to establish the dynamic simulation model of the unloading process system, simulate the unloading process of the LNG receiving terminal under a given working condition, and calculate the total power consumption of the receiving terminal. The optimal working variables under various working conditions were obtained. Finally, taking the actual production of the terminal as an example, the feasibility of the simulation research method was verified.
