地方高校图书馆服务特色新型智库的策略研究

Strategies on Serving for New Think Tanks with Characteristic in Local University Libraries

针对特色新型智库建设,研究地方高校图书馆如何开展智库服务,对于发挥地方高校图书馆的资源和人才优势,提高地方高校图书馆的服务水平具有重要意义。通过文献调研和案例分析,针对地方高校图书馆在服务特色新型智库建设中存在的不足,从功能定位、资源开发、平台建设、能力提升和加强宣传5个方面提出了完善策略,并从关注地方特色、促进区域合作及服务循序渐进3个方面对地方高校图书馆服务特色新型智库建设进行了思考。

In view of the construction of new think tanks with characteristics,it is of great significance to study how to develop the service of think tanks in local university libraries for giving full play to the advantages of resources and talents and improving the service level of local university libraries. Through literature research and case analysis,aiming at the deficiencies of the construction when local university libraries serves for new think tanks with characteristics,this paper puts forward perfect strategies from the aspects of function orientation,resource development,platform construction,capacity enhancement and strengthening publicity,and considers the construction of serving for new think tanks with characteristics in local university libraries from the aspects of paying attention to local characteristics,promoting regional cooperation and gradual service.
