New Trends of University Institutional Repositories Construction in China

采用网站调研、电话访谈确认和CALIS联盟机构知识库建设名单对比验证的方法,调研我国"双一流"A类36所高校机构知识库的建设情况,分析机构知识库的构建模式和功能设计,为高校机构知识库建设提供借鉴和参考。调研结果显示,国内高校机构知识库建设仍处于发展阶段,全文开放获取程度低,缺乏有效的数据融合和管理机制。学科服务、科研管理与人才评价等服务将成为高校机构知识库未来发展的潮流。

By using the methods of website survey,telephone interview and comparison and verification method for the construction list of the institutional repositories of CALIS alliance,this paper investigates the new tends of institutional repositories of 36 universities category A of"double first-class",analyzes the construction mode and functional design of university institutional repositories in China to provide references for the construction of university institutional repositories.The results show that the constuction of institutional repositories in domestic universities is still in the stage of development,with low degree of full-text open access and lack of effective data fusion and management mechanism. Subject service,scientific research management and talent evaluation will become the development trends of institutional repositories in the future.
