热射病患者实验诊断指标分析:附33例回顾性报告

Experimental Diagnostic Indexes of Heat Stroke: A Retrospective Analysis of 33 Cases

目的分析热射病患者实验诊断指标,探讨其对热射病患者的病情判断、并发症预防及预后评估价值。方法对西部战区总医院2010年9月到2018年9月收治的33例热射病患者实验诊断指标进行回顾性分析,统计分析患者入院后首次血常规、凝血功能、电解质、肝功能、肾功能、血糖、心肌酶谱、心肌标志物等检查结果,分析对比存活组和死亡组各检验指标之间的统计学差异。结果 CK首次检查异常率最高,达96. 97%,WBC、D-D、AST、LDH、α-HBDH、TnI、Mb异常率均>70%,存活组与死亡组首次实验室检查PLT、PT、Fib、APTT、TT、DD、Na^+、SCr、UA、DBil、AST、LDH、α-HBDH、CK、Tn-I、CK-MB、Mb比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论早期实验室检查能为热射病患者病情评估、并发症预防提供可靠依据,指导临床治疗,改善预后。

Objective To analyze the experimental diagnostic indexes of cases with heat stroke( HS) and to explore the value in disease judgment,complication prevention and prognosis assessment. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the experimental diagnostic indexes of 33 HS cases hospitalized during the period from Sept.,2010 to Sept.,2018;the first lab test results of blood routine,coagulation function,electrolyte,liver function,renal function,blood glucose,myocardium enzyme and myocardium markers of the cases after admission were statistically analyzed,a comparative study was made to the statistical differences among the indexes between the survival and the dead. Results The abnormal rate of CK of the first lab test was the highest( 96. 97%) while those of WBC,D-D,AST,LDH,α-HBDH,TnI and Mb were all over 70%;there existed statistical differences in the first lab test results of PLT,PT,Fib,APTT,TT,D-D,Na^+,SCr,UA,DBil,AST,LDH,α-HBDH,CK,Tn-I,CK-MB and Mb between the survival and the dead( P <0. 05). Conclusions Early lab test can provide reliable basis for disease judgment and complication prevention,helpful in guiding clinical treatment and improving the prognosis of HS cases.
