摘要
基于本科院校学生就业对口率低和国家引导应用技术型本科院校转型的背景,通过问卷调查、实地考查等方式对浙江水利水电学院学生专业认同及其对择业行为的影响进行了实证研究。研究表明在应用技术型本科院校的学生对专业认同越强,择业时选择工作专业相关度越高,并据此提出提升应用技术型本科院校学生的专业认同的建议。
Aiming at the low professional matching rate of undergraduate students and the background of the state-guided transformation of technology-based universities, the empirical research on the students professional identity and its influence on career planning is conducted in this paper based on questionnaires and field examinations in Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power. The results show the more professional identity the university students have, the higher professional relevance it is in job choosing. And how to promote university students professional identity is also proposed.
