摘要
冠状动脉CT血管造影由于其无创性、简便性以及能综合评价冠状动脉疾病,所以在临床上受到广泛应用。接受冠状动脉CT血管造影检查的患者有获得对比剂相关性肾病和辐射的风险。近年来,随着冠状动脉CT血管造影注射与扫描方案的不断优化,在图像质量得到进一步提高的同时,患者所受的对比剂剂量和辐射剂量也得到大幅下降。现就个性化冠状动脉CT血管造影的应用现状做一综述。
Coronary CT angiography(CCTA) is widely used clinically because of its non-invasiveness and simplicity.CCTA not only provides the degree,range and location of coronary artery stenosis,but also information on the nature of plaque and coronary anatomy,allowing for a more comprehensive evaluation of coronary artery disease.Patients who underwent CCTA were eligible for contrast-related nephropathy and radiation.In recent years,with the continuous optimization of CCTA injection and scanning protocols,the quality of CCTA imaging has been further improved,and the dose of iodine contrast agent and radiation have been greatly reduced.This paper reviews the current status of CCTA personalized injection and scanning program.
