无症状心房颤动筛查研究进展

Screening Asymptomatic Atrial Fibrillation

心房颤动是目前患病率最高的心律失常,在老年患者以及合并其他疾病,如高血压、心力衰竭、冠状动脉性心脏病、瓣膜性心脏病、肥胖、糖尿病或慢性肾病患者中患病率更高。50%的心房颤动患者发作时无自觉症状,25%心房颤动患者以卒中为第一临床表现。因此,迫切需要有效、简便的心房颤动筛查手段,在严重并发症之前,发现那些无症状性心房颤动患者,使他们及时采取抗凝或复律等治疗,预防心房颤动并发症,改善预后。因此,本综述旨在介绍心房颤动筛查的国内外现状及挑战。

Atrial fibrillation is the most common arrhythmia with a higher prevalence at present,especially in older patients and the patients with comorbidities such as hypertension,heart failure,coronary heart disease,valvular heart disease,obesity,diabetes,or chronic kidney disease.In 50% of patients with atrial fibrillation,there is no conscious symptoms at the time of onset,and stroke is the first clinical manifestation in 25% of patients with atrial fibrillation.Therefore,the effective and simple atrial fibrillation screening methods are urgently needed to detect those asymptomatic patients with atrial fibrillation before serious complications,and enable them to take anticoagulation or cardioversion treatment in time to prevent atrial fibrillation complications and improve the prognosis.Therefore,this review aims to introduce the current status and challenges of atrial fibrillation screening at home and abroad.
