心房纤维化研究进展

Atrial Fibrosis

心房纤维化已被证明与冠心病、心肌病、高血压、糖尿病、心房颤动以及睡眠呼吸暂停等多种疾病相关。心房纤维化又可促进心房颤动的复发,引起心律失常及卒中等疾病的发生。多种神经体液因素在心房纤维化的过程中起到重要作用。以心房纤维化为治疗靶点以及心房纤维化的上游干预可能对这些疾病的发生发展起到一定作用。现就心房纤维化的病因、机制、与相关疾病的关系、诊断及治疗进展做一综述。

Atrial fibrosis has been demonstrated to be associated with a variety of diseases such as coronary heart disease,cardiomyopathy,hypertension,diabetes,atrial fibrillation,sleep apnea and so on.Atrial fibrosis can also induce the recurrence of atrial fibrillation and cause arrhythmia or stroke.Many neurohumoral factors play an important role in the process of atrial fibrosis.Making atrial fibrosis as a therapeutic target and upstream intervention of it may affect the development of these diseases.In this review,we will discuss the epidemiology,mechanism,the relationships between relevant diseases,diagnosis and treatment progress of atrial fibrosis.
