肌肉因子是由骨骼肌细胞分泌、释放的细胞因子或肽类,可随血液循环作用于全身多个脏器,参与机体代谢等环节。研究表明肌肉因子在心血管疾病中发挥着重要作用,尤其近年来,肌肉因子与高血压疾病的关系及发病机制逐渐成为研究热点。肌肉因子可能成为高血压疾病的潜在治疗靶点。
