摘要
莱钢2~#1 880 m^3高炉于2018年7月12日点火投产,从选择开炉料及其填充方式、提高烘炉效果、开炉初始制度和加风节奏以及送风过程中的炉热炉况调整等方面优化开炉过程中的炉温平衡,取得了良好的效果。开炉第6次铁水温度达到1 500℃,后续的降硅过程平稳进行,第13次出铁时铁水硅降至1.0%以下。从开炉准备和点火送风2个阶段介绍了莱钢2~#1 880 m^3高炉开炉过程中的炉温平衡操作和实际效果。
The 2^#1880m^3 blast furnace of Laiwu iron and steel group was put into production on July 12, 2018. After summarizing the blast furnace opening experience of 1# 1880 m^3, the furnace temperature balance in the blast furnace process was optimized from the aspects of selecting the open furnace material and its filling method, improving the oven effect, the opening initial system and the air feeding rhythm, as well as the furnace hot furnace condition adjustment in the air supply process. Good results were achieved. The sixth furnace hot metal temperature is reached to 1500 ℃, and the subsequent silicon reduction process is smoothly. Iron molten silicon was drop to less than 1.0% for No. 13 tapping. This paper introduces the operation and practical effect of the furnace temperature balance in the process of the 2^#1880 m^3 blast furnace of Laiwu iron and steel group opening from the stage of preparation and air supply.
