大包钢水净重采集模拟方法的应用

摘要 目前,炼钢厂大包钢水净重采集都是依靠称重传感器进行称量,当称重传感器出现称量不准或线路损坏时,就无法准确获取钢水的实际重量,影响大包正常浇注和拉钢。大包钢水净重采集模拟方法是将每炉大包开浇信号、滑动水口的开口度和钢水瞬时流速、断面、宽度、钢水密度值进行累乘,计算出单位时间内钢水的通钢量,从而获得准确的钢水重量,确保了浇注正常,也避免了大包钢水下渣,铸坯成材率显著提高。 At present, the net weight collecting of ladle molten steel in the steelmaking plant was carried out relying on weighing sensors. When the weighing sensors were not accurate or the circuit was damaged, the actual weight of molten steel will be not be able to be obtained accurately, and thus the normal casting and drawing are bound to be affected. The net weight collecting simulation method for ladle molten steel is to calculate the passing quantity per unit time by multiplicative accumulation of the starting signal of casting, the casting gap of sliding nozzle, and the instantaneous velocity, cross section, width and liquid steel density. Thereby, the accurate steel weight was obtained, the normal casting was ensured, the outflow slag of ladle molten steel was avoided, and the slab yield was increased significantly.
