摘要
槽形接头是飞机上常用的拉伸接头,通过一系列的紧固件固定在传力元件上,拉伸接头能否正常工作直接影响着飞机的安全性能,所以对拉伸接头的可靠性分析有着重要的意义。从可靠性的概念出发,以槽型拉伸接头为研究对象,考虑连接结构参数的随机特性,建立槽型拉伸接头的可靠性模型。结合灵敏度技术和有限元分析方法,采用蒙特卡洛法提出槽型拉伸接头的失效灵敏度分析方法,确定随机参数的统计特性对槽型拉伸接头失效的影响程度。研究成果为飞机连接结构的故障预防、结构设计和优化分析提供了一定的参考依据。
The grooved joint is a common tensile joint of aircraft,which is fixed on the force transmitting component through a series of fasteners.Whether or not the tensile joint can work normally affectsthe safety performance of aircraftdirectly,so it is significantly meaningful to analyzethe reliability of the tensile joint.In this paper,a reliability model of the grooved tensile jointwas establishedbased on the concept of reliability and the random characteristics of joint structureparameters.A failure sensitivity analysis methodof the grooved tensile jointswas proposedby Monte Carlo method,the sensitivity technology and the finite element analysis method todetermine the effects of the statistical characteristics of the random parameters on the failure of grooved tensile joints.The research results provide a reference for fault prevention,structural design and optimization analysis of connection structures ofaircraft.
