摘要
从经济学的角度对薪酬理论研究进行总结和分析,引申到医疗行业薪酬的决定机制,得出3点启示:①工资水平取决于劳动的性质,医疗行业的性质应具有较高工资水平;②医疗行业医务人员的薪酬应取决于社会对医疗服务的需求与医疗服务市场劳动力的供给情况;③薪酬结构及其水平对医疗服务行为具有重要的影响。通过对医疗行业合理薪酬的构想,本文从政府、医院、市场等几方面提出相应政策建议。
This paper summarizes and analyzes salary theoretical research from the perspective of economics,and extends the decision mechanism of medical industry salary.It draws three inspirations such as the wage depends on the nature of labor,and the nature of medical industry should have higher wage level.The salary of medical staff should depend on the demand for medical services and the supply of labor in medical service market.Salary structure and its level have important impact on medical service behavior.Through the conception of reasonable medical industry salary,this paper proposes corresponding policy recommendations from government,hospitals,and markets.
