我国DRGs医保支付制度探索性发展的经验分析及启示

Analysis and enlightenment about the experience of exploratory development on DRGs medical insurance payment system in China

DRGs (疾病诊断相关分组)付费制度是当下国际医疗卫生政策领域所共同关注的焦点,对控制医疗费用增长意义重大。文章对我国部分试点地区DRGs探索内容进行了梳理总结,并以此为基础,对比国外实践经验,分析各试点地区DRGs发展现状及潜在的问题,并提出一些针对性建议,以规避国外实践教训,降低尝试风险,为我国积极开展DRGs尝试、更好更快的在全国范围普及DRGs医保付费模式提供参考。

DRGs payment system is the focus of current internationally medical health policy field eyes on,which is signality to control the increasing of medical expense.The article summarizes exploring content of DRGs in pilot areas of our country,compare practical experience in other countries with the developed countries based on it.Analyze DRGs development status and potential problems in each pilot area.It puts forward some pertinence suggestions so as to evade practical lesson in other countries,reduce attempt risk,for carrying out DRGs attempt actively in our country,so much the better and the fast to provide reference for popularizing DRGs medical insurance payment model in nationwide.
