摘要
对基于24位高精度AD转换器HX711的电子称重进行了研究;对称重传感器和AD转换器的选型进行了对比分析;详细阐述了电阻应变片的称重原理和电子秤的软硬件设计;并通过OMIL F1等级砝码对电子秤进行了校正和标定。测试数据表明,该电子秤测量精度可达1g,测量的一致性好,测量误差为+/-1g,且成本低、体积小等优点,可广泛应用于小量程高精度电子称重的场合。
An electronic weighting scheme based on 24-bit high-precision AD converter HX711 is studied.Firstly, the selection of weighing sensor and AD converter are compared and analyzed respectively.Secondly, the weighing principle of resistance strain gauge and the hardware and software design of electronic scale are described in detail. Thirdly, OMIL F1 level weights are used to calibrate and calibrate the electronic scale. Finally the experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of electronic scale is 1 g and the measurement error is +/-1, which has a good measurement consistency and the advantages of low costs and small size. This electronic scale can be widely used in high-precision electronic weighing for small-range occasions.
