深度融入粤港澳大湾区 助推肇庆经济税收高质量发展

Deep Integration into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and Promoting High Quality Development of Economic and Taxation in Zhaoqing City

粤港澳大湾区建设是习近平总书记亲自谋划、亲自部署、亲自推动的重大国家战略,其发展规划纲要是指导粤港澳大湾区当前和今后一个时期融合发展的纲领性文件。本文立足经济、税收供给侧改革视角,考察粤港澳大湾区主体城市肇庆市的发展现状,从总量性、周期性、结构性因素分析肇庆市融合发展所存在的供给侧问题,对加速推进肇庆市融入粤港澳大湾区建设、构建现代化经济税收体系提出具体政策建议。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has directly participated in planning, deploying and promoting the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area. The outline of its development plan is a programmatic document guiding the current and future integrated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area. Based on the perspective of economic and tax supply-side reform, this article investigates the development status of Zhaoqing city, a main city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area, and analyses the supply-side problems existing in the integration development of Zhaoqing from the aspects of aggregate, periodic and structural factors. It also puts forward specific policy suggestions for speeding up the integration of Zhaoqing into the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area and building a modern economic and tax system.
