摘要
为了提升“公共部门人力资源管理”课程案例教学的效率,提高学生参与课程学习的积极性,秉承促进形成良好师生互动关系的指导理念,设计开发了一套面向优化案例教学流程、提升案例教学效率的案例互动信息化平台。平台基于B/S架构,实现了教师上传教学案例、发布案例学习公告、录入与统计案例考核成绩等,学生下载或观看教学案例、提问与发表帖子、组长对组员表现打分、师生共建教学案例库等功能。最后以“公共部门人力资源管理”课程中的“人员的招募与甄选”模块为例,阐述了案例教学在该平台上的具体实现过程。
In order to improve the efficiency of case teaching in the Public Sector Human Resource Management course and improve students’ enthusiasm for participating in the course study, a case interactive information platform is designed for optimizing case teaching process and improving its efficiency under the guiding principle of promoting the formation of a good teacher-student interaction relationship, The platform is based on the B/S framework, which enables teachers to upload teaching cases, publish case study announcements, and record and count case assessment results, and students to download or watch teaching cases, ask questions and post messages, and team leaders to score team members, and teacher-student co-construct case library and other functions. Finally, taking the recruitment and selection of personnel module in the Public Sector Human Resources Management course as an example, the specific implementation process of case teaching on this platform is described.
