摘要 为了研究不同粒径废阴极射线管玻璃(Cathode Ray Tube,简称:CRT)玻璃纱对混凝土性能的影响,采用四种最大粒径CRT废玻璃砂取代25%的河砂,同时掺入20%粉煤灰作为矿物掺合料配制成防辐射混凝土,并开展了混凝土相关性能的研究。结果表明:CRT废玻璃砂增大了混凝土的坍落度、表观密度,使得碱骨料反应膨胀率增大,混凝土抗压强度减小,混凝土屏蔽性能增强。随着最大粒径的减小,混凝土的坍落度、表观密度减小,立方体抗压强度先增大后减小,当最大粒径为2. 36 mm时,立方体抗压强度达到最大值,碱骨料反应膨胀率减小,混凝土的防辐射效果有所增强。 In order to study the different particle size of waste cathode ray tube(CRT) glass sand on concrete performance, four kinds of maximum particle size CRT waste glass sand were used to replace 25% of river sand. At the same time, 20% fly ash was added as mineral admixture to prepare radiation-proof concrete and the related properties of concrete were studied. The results show that CRT waste glass sand increases the slump and apparent density of concrete, increases the expansion of alkali aggregate reaction, decreases the compressive strength of concrete and enhances the shielding performance of concrete. With the decrease of the maximum particle size, the slump and apparent density of concrete decrease, and the cube compressive strength increases first and then decreases, when the maximum particle size is 2.36 mm, the cube compressive strength reaches the maximum .The expansion of alkali aggregate reaction decreases, and the anti-radiation effect of concrete is enhanced.
