摘要
为研究钢渣沥青混合料路用性能,通过采用钢渣替代部分天然粗集料的方式制备钢渣沥青混合料,对钢渣沥青混合料的高温、低温以及水稳定性能进行研究,并基于室内加速磨耗试验,系统分析钢渣沥青混合料的长期抗滑性能。结果表明,钢渣替代部分辉绿岩粗集料可显著改善沥青混合料的各项路用性能;钢渣掺量为50%时,钢渣沥青混合料高温性能达到最优;经低温弯曲试验表明,钢渣沥青混合料的低温性能明显优于普通辉绿岩沥青混合料;且钢渣的掺入可显著提升沥青混合料的水稳定性与长期抗滑性能;基于灰靶决策模型,最终确定钢渣沥青混合料中钢渣的最优掺量为50%。
In order to study the road performance of steel slag asphalt mixture, preparing steel slag asphalt mixtures with five kinds of steel slag contents, and studying the high temperature, low temperature and water stability of steel slag asphalt mixture, and the long-term skid resistance of steel slag asphalt mixture was systematically analyzed based on the indoor accelerated abrasion test. Result shows that steel slag can improve the performance of asphalt mixture;The high temperature performance of steel slag asphalt mixture achieves the best when the steel slag content is 50%;The low temperature performance of steel slag asphalt mixture is better than that of common gabbro asphalt mixture;Steel slag can improve the water stability and long term anti-skid performance of asphalt mixture;The optimal content of steel slag is 50% in asphalt mixture based on the decision model of grey target.
