摘要
采用快速盐冻法研究环氧树脂对提升混凝土抗盐冻能力的影响规律,以外观变化、质量损失率、相对动弹性模量变化及抗压、抗折强度损失率为检验指标,分别对普通水泥混凝土、环氧树脂涂层混凝土、环氧树脂水泥混凝土进行盐冻试验。结果表明:环氧树脂水泥混凝土的抗盐冻能力最强;综合考虑混凝土的抗盐冻能力与经济因素,环氧树脂掺量为10%时最佳。
The law of salt freezing resistance of concrete under the effect of epoxy resin by quick freeing and thawing test in salt solution. The test indexes include appearance change, quality loss rate, relative dynamic modulus of elasticity change, compressive and flexural strength loss rate. Salt scaling tests were carried out on ordinary cement concrete, epoxy resin coated concrete and epoxy resin cement concrete respectively. The results show that epoxy resin cement concrete has the strongest salt scaling resistance. Considering the salt scaling resistance and economic factors of concrete, the best content of epoxy resin is 10%.
