摘要
以“颍上碧桂园·天誉三标段项目”砌体工程为例,介绍了一种新型墙体拉结施工技术,即通过L型拉结件实现蒸压加气混凝土砌块(简记AACB)填充墙体与剪力墙、框架柱之间的连接,并对配套施工工艺进行研究。经实践结果表明,该技术省去了传统砌筑前的拉结筋植筋、加气块开槽等工序,加快了施工进度,而且有效避免了拉结筋位置与砖缝位置不一致、后植筋质量不能保证等问题,其经济效益和社会效益显著,对类似工程施工具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the bricking-up project of “Yingshang Biguiyuan Tianyu The 3rd Contract Section” as an example, this paper introduces a new type of wall tension construction technology which is to realize the Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block(AACE) filled wall and shear wall and frame column through L-shaped pull piece. The supporting construction technology is also studied. Practical results show that this technology omits the traditional pre-masonry processes such as tendon planting and air-filling block grooving, speeds up the construction progress, and effectively avoids such problems as inconsistency between the position of tendon and the position of brick joints, and insufficient quality of post-planting tendons. Its economic and social benefits are remarkable, which can be used for reference in similar projects.
