大口径雨水管抹带接口精细化施工技术研究

摘要 雨水管道在施工过程中往往会产生接口对接不牢、抹带空鼓、裂缝大、漏水严重等问题,文中结合德清县舞阳街东延工程第一标段对大口径雨水管抹带接口进行技术创新,在施工过程中预制弧形锁锁住已安装完毕的排水管,采用顶接装置辅助雨水管对接顶装,在接口处安装抹带控制模具保证抹带施工质量,最后用气泡混合轻质土回填。经过多个工程应用表明,该技术先进,管道对接牢固,防水性好,综合效益高,值得在大力推广。 In the process of construction, the rainwater pipeline often has problems such as poor interface docking, smearing of empty drums, large cracks and serious water leakage. This paper combines the first section of the east extension project of Wuyang street in Deqing county to carry out the technology innovation of large-diameter rainwater pipe smearing interface., during the construction process, the prefabricated arc lock locks the installed drain pipe, and the top device is used to assist the rain pipe to dock the top device. The smearing control mold is installed at the interface to ensure the construction quality of the smear. Finally, backfilling the light soil that is mixed with air bubbles. According to several engineering applications, the technology is advanced, the pipeline is firmly connected, the waterproof is good, and the comprehensive efficiency is high, which is worth promoting.
