摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是女性最常见的生殖内分泌疾患之一。近年来,利用蛋白质组学对PCOS发病机制进行了研究。本文对PCOS患者的血液、卵巢、子宫内膜、骨骼肌、卵泡液、颗粒细胞、脂肪组织以及T淋巴细胞的蛋白质组学研究进行总结,为临床早期诊断与对因治疗PCOS提供新思路。
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common reproductive endocrine disorders in women. In recent years, the pathogenesis of PCOS has been studied using proteomics. This paper reviews the studies of proteomics of blood, ovary, endometrium, skeletal muscle, follicular fluid, granulosa cells, adipose tissue and T lymphocytes in patients with PCOS, providing new ideas for early clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
