摘要
提出了采用光纤电流差动保护配合智能零时限保护实现井下电网上下级继电保护配合防越级的方法,并应用于实际的供电系统中,从而达到避免或减少保护越级跳闸事故,提高供电可靠性的目的。
It provides a method of using fiber-optic current differential protection and intelligent zero-time protection to realize the anti-overstep protection of the upper and lower relays of the underground power grid,applied to the actual power supply system,so as to avoid or reduce the protection of the over-class trip accident and improve the reliability of power supply.
