武汉市医疗卫生机构服务效率分析

Analysis of Service Efficiency of Medical and Health Institutions in Wuhan City

目的:对武汉市13个区的医疗卫生服务效率进行评价,为提高医疗资源利用率及服务效率提供依据。方法:采用文献法、数据包络分析、单因素方差分析进行研究。结果:武汉市13个区中,综合效率平均值较高,为0.982;其中,总体有效的区8个,非总体有效的区5个。武汉市各区的医疗卫生服务效率普遍较好、差异不明显;规模效率不高的原因可能与医疗投入结构不合理有关;武汉市各区的规模报酬阶段不理想。结论:建议调整医疗资源投入及产出以提高综合效率、调整医疗卫生投入结构,提高服务效率。

Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of medical and health services in 13 districts of Wuhan,so as to provide evidence for improving the utilization rate and service efficiency of medical resources in Wuhan.Methods:literature research,data envelopment analysis and one-way ANOVA.Results:Among the 13 districts in Wuhan,the average comprehensive efficiency was 0.982,there were 8 effective districts and 5 non-effective districts.Conclusion:The efficiency of medical and health services in different districts of Wuhan is generally higher and the difference is not obvious.The inefficiency of scale may be related to the irrational structure of medical input.The stage of scale reward in different districts of Wuhan is not ideal.It’s suggested that the input and output of medical resources should be adjusted to improve the comprehensive efficiency and the medical and health investment structure should be adjusted to improve service efficiency,etc.
